I am wanting to buy a supply of good quality chocolate for ganache.

I see on the Suppliers tutorial  BFP in Livingston sells it, but was wondering can anyone tell me is there anywhere in Glasgow I can buy Belcolade?

Im in Glasgow I don’t use belcolade but I use callebaut which is very similar. I get it in 2.5kg bags from bookers wholesale for £15.  You normally need a trade account but can get a day passes. If you go on the website itl tell you your nearest branch

Thanks for your replies. Took a wee trip to Bookers this afternoon, and came home with a lovely wee box of goodies, including the Callebaut chocolate. xx
