Is it possible to provide quantities for the Rose Wedding Cake, this is being done for the newer cakes but not for this one. Would like to know how much sugar paste was used for the roses and what width ribbon is used etc.

Paul mentions in the tutorial that he is using 25mm ribbon for around the cake and 15mm for the board. All the board sizes are mentioned in the tutorial. For the roses I would guesstimate 650g of the chocolate sugar paste.
