Hi, I’m from South Africa, so need to check the temp at which you baked the cake… is it 150 degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius for 2 hours?

The temperature is 150 Celsius, if you have a fan assisted oven the temperature has to be reduced slightly, usually between 10 -20 degrees, your oven hand manual should advise better.
