You’d need something like Belcolade which is high end quality chocolate for tempering. Normal 70% chocolate which we use for ganache will probably work but won’t have the same smoothness. Chocolate comes in different grades so it’s important to get one which will be suitable for the purpose you want it for. I don’t want to recommend a particular type of chocolate to you because you’d need to discuss your needs with the supplier.
