Hi, does anyone have a good tried and tested recipe for an 8″ vanilla gluten free cake.

You’re welcome. I used to make gluten free cakes all the time for my son’s girlfriend of 5 years (now ex, shame), ended up we only ate gluten free everything so she didn’t feel left out. I have a number of recipes which I’ll get around to posting. It’s difficult when someone has dietary needs, takes a lot of planning ahead to make sure of the ingredients. Thank goodness for pre mixes! Good luck with your bake. x
