is there a section with recipes anywhere on the site? i would like to know measurements for chocolate ganache. covering a 10″ and a 6″. thanks

thanks, it says 2lbs with a pint, converted to kg and ml it comes to 900g with 475ml double cream, does that sound right to you? i know this is a stupid question but it is the first time i am making ganache! thanks for you help

Hi I normally use 900grm of dark chocolate to 570ml of double cream it’s quite way to make good luck Julie
