Paul used the same templates for the Reindeer cake and that serves 40 finger size portions. In the teddy tutorial a 10 x 8 cake was used, the reindeer cake is 10″ square. If you look here http://www.cakeflix.com/blog/how-to-decide-on-the-cake-portions you’ll see David’s chart for portion guide. The amount of portions also depends on how big a piece of cake is served by the host. Hope this helps.
