How to replace self rising flour?
Hi there! I would like to tea Paul’s moist choco cake but cannot find here in Switzerland self rising flour. Could you please tell me how can I replace it? Doses in grams please.

You’ll find the answer here http://www.nigella.com/kitchen-queries/view/Self-Raising-Flour/3056. Paul’s recipe already uses baking soda so you do not need to add any extra. Hope this helps.
