Hi guys….just watched the tutorial with chic buttercream made with galaxy choc……I am assuming then it is a bit of a half way house between buttercream and ganache? That being said, could I so the same with white chocolate for vanilla buttercream? X

Yes you can make white chocolate buttercream. I don’t ‘do’ butter cream as a norm but with white choc the texture becomes really creamy and tastes so much better. Piped decorations made with chocolate buttercream also hold up better in my experience. x

Great stuff…got both flavours to do at the weekend for birthday cakes, so will have a practice on some cupcakes tomorrow first…don’t really ‘do’ surprises! X
