What is Stork?

In the recipe for Mrs Jones sponge cake, she talks about “Stork” what is this? I am in Canada and don’t ever recall seeing anything called Stork. I thought possibly it was margarine but if so is it a special type of margarine?

Thanks
Debbie

Stork is a type of margarine in the UK and alot of people use it in baking. It is nothing special just a 70% vegetable spread.
