hey! can you teach me from the start because I am facing a lot of problems during baking..

Have you tried the baking tutorials on this site? Ther are four to have a go at – three by Mrs Jones: deep vanilla sponge, light fruit cake, vanilla cupcakes, and also Paul’s moist chocolate cake. They are all step by step tutorials and if you follow these you shouldn’t go too far wrong! Once you have mastered these you should find you have picked up enough skills and techniques to have the confidence to go on and try out other recipes of your choosing.x

Sorry, I should also have mentioned that if you have a look at the free beginners lessons you will find they tell you everything you need to know to get started….how to make and use buttercream, ganache, covering your cake and board etc, basic decorations, it really is a gold mine of information. It’s where I started, and likely a good number of other members too! Hope this helps.x
