Hello, I’m intending to make Pauls chocolate cake. I want to make an 8inch sqaure, using the charts givenand doing the relivent calculationsin need 3.6 eggs. How do i measure this out please? Do i round it up to 4 or weigh the eggs?

I usually just round up but if you’re more precise weigh the eggs individually out of their shells, write it down or you may forget like I do! then weigh the extra egg and take the fraction from that.
