I would suggest totaling up all your ingredients, boards boxes, ribbons and calculate how long it takes to bake and decorate the cake. In addition your labour cost at what ever rate you’d like to pay yourself per hour. I believe it’s not unreasonable to charge £20.00 obviously depending at the speed you work. It might also help if you look in your area to see how much other people charge for something similar. One area could command a higher price, another not so much. Keep all your receipts so you keep track of your spending and add on any extras for gas/electric. I’m sure members who are in business will be able to advice better, this is just to give you some idea where to begin.
