Cupcakes coming away from their cases.
Hi,
I apologise in advance if this has already been asked but I could not find anything so was wondering if anyone can help me with a cupcake problem. I’ve been using Mrs Jones vanilla cupcake recipe for months now with great results but recently when I make a batch at least half of them, once cooled, start coming away from their cases. I haven’t changed anything – same cake tin, same brand of ingredients and cases, same oven. It’s really frustrating as though they still taste great they look horrible.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks x

I expect there are more answers if you put in the search box ‘cupcakes’ then it’s just a case of finding an answer which helps most. These are just a few to be going on with, I hope they do help. I don’t make the little blighters, I feel for you! X
Many thanks – I think I was being too specific in the search box and it wasn’t bringing them up (me & technology are not good bedfellows!!). Thanks again for your help, I’ll go and try some of the suggestions x
The search facility can be a bit hit and miss. I try and keep to key words, but it does bring up a selection of suggestions which sometimes (haha) connect! It’s a lot better than used to be especially if the questions were tagged.
