I’m am going to try more jones vanilla sponge recipe but I only have one 10 inch tin. Just wondering if I could make one deep 10 inch sponge using this recipe and how long roughly would the baking time be. Thanks

The easier way would be to divide the recipe in half. Bake one half first and when it’s out and cooling make up the batter for the second half. The first cake will be cool enough to remove from the tin so you can then get your second half on. Each half mixture cake will take approx 45 -50 minutes at 140c fan or 160c conventional oven.
All ovens are different so best to keep an eye on your baking time.
