Welcome to the Cake Decorators Q&A
Iris flowers
Help! I am making a wedding cake for a wedding beginning of May. Most elements are ready to go but the bride has now asked if I can incorporate some flower paste irises as her gran has recently passed away and her name was Iris. Can anyone recommend some cutters and/or tutorial on how to make them quickly? Thank you!

Hello aleast
You can see cutters here http://www.kitbox.co.uk/iris-bearded and if you search in youtube ‘how to make gumpaste iris you’ll see video tutorials.
Just found this too http://evelynssugarlab.blogspot.co.uk/2013/07/gumpaste-iris-tutorial.html
Try also googling iris flower templates. Download and cut the templates out in cardboard and use to shape the flower without the need of cutters. Alternatively you could use some silk irises.
