Hi. I’m in the process of making 150 cupcakes for a delivery tomorrow. Once they are cool what is the best way to store them please? In a card box or an airtight container, ‘m just a bit worried about the cases peeling away. I intend to decorate them first thing in the morning. Many thanks x

Keep them in cardboard boxes, give them a little space between each. Airtight containers will make them sweat and peel off the cases.

Thanks for the reply. I will do that from now on. I put them in plastic containers last night and most though not all, were ok thankfully. I thought perhaps if I stored them in card boxes they may dry out. Anyway, got them out so alls good. Thank you.
