Ganache query
Hi. I’ve just looked at Paul’s tutorial on Ganache, but can you please tell me must I leave it overnight once prepared or can it be used straight away once cooled?

Yes, you can use it straight away as long as it is a nice creamy consistency. It starts to set up during use and may need very gently warming up to soften it. Warm it on the lowest setting of the microwave for a three or four seconds at a time. Stir each time to prevent burning.
