Hi
Can you tell me how thick a Ganache crumb coat should be please?
I am so used to using buttercream but would like to start using ganache everytime now, although I’m still struggling with how much to apply!

As long as you have a good sharp coverage. There’s no particular thickness, it’s just as long as you are satisfied with the result. I usually make three passes, I find that gives me a lovely smooth, strong coverage.
It isn’t that much different to covering with buttercream. x
