Hi
I was wondering how many ppl the golf bag would feed with the dimensions Paul used in his tutorial, I am looking at making this for around 80ppl would i get away with going a tad smaller or sticking with same one Paul made.

Here’s an answer I gave to a slightly similar question. There are no measurements on the templates so you’d need to download them first and measure the length of the stand to give you an idea of how many 6″ cakes may be required to fill it, or make sheet cakes as suggested in the link. Once you have the dimensions you can work out approximately how many 2″ x 2″ pieces could be cut from the length. I watched the tutorial ages ago and can’t remember how much is cake and how much is krispie treats, when calculating you’d need to take that into consideration. I recently made the golf cake and used 7.5 6″ cakes so based on 14 portions per cake it fed 105. You could always make the bag a bit shorter or put a bit more filling. I didn’t tort the cakes and only put filling between the cakes so if you filled the cakes as well you could probably get away with less cake.
