Hi I’m making a bird cage on top of a cake can I ask how this is made its see throught and has thin looks like flower paste or sticks to make the cage with a loop at top some one said pastige but unsure what that is please help x

The birdcage itself is very easy to make but you will need a lot of drying time. Here is tutorial which may help:

This is just made from gumpaste. The tutorial is very similar to others found on youtube for making a princess tiara. To see the tiara tutorials just google ‘how to make a fondant tiara tutorial’. It will give you a good idea how to make the bird cage.
