Making dark chocolate ganache
Hello, I am making a two deep tier cake 6″ and 9″ and I would like to know how much of the cream and how much of the dark chocolate do I need??????? I am making the ganache tonight to put it on the cake tomorrow.
please I need to know the answer as soon as possible.
