Help! The venue my daughter has chosen for her birthday party have request a list of ingredients in the cake I am making. Ive never had this before. Paul have you? If so, shall I send the ingredients in the chocolate and cream for the ganache, fondant etc etc. The list is endless. I cannot understand why!

They are asking for this for allergy information. Gluten, dairy, egg, nuts, etc. They do not need to know quantities.
