Rice krispie treats freeze really well so you can make them up a few weeks in advance. Once they are made wrap them in clingfilm and pop them in an airtight container before placing in the freezer. Defrost them at room temperature, still wrapped up for an hour or so. For more information and discussions on RKT take a peek here:
