Pillow effect tiered cake

Not sure if there is anywhere on the site where members can put forward suggestions for tutorials. I have a book which shows a lovely three tier pillow cake and wondered if Paul could show us the best way to cover the pillow?

Is it a pillow cake or a cushion cake?
There is the ring on a pillow tutorial here:

The same carving principle would apply for the different size cakes and they would be stacked in the same way as all the cakes show in the tutorials. The pillow cakes all sit on their own cards which would be slightly smaller than the cake to keep them concealed.

The question I have is in putting filling in cake my cake got collapsed..else it was carved out properly

Also can u tell the card goes how under tiered pillow cake? Will it come before covering with ganache, oe under cake and ganchr on top am not getting even how to use dowels in this? Centre dowel is ok but does it need small dowks too?
