How many of the Toffee recipes are used for the Toffee Cake for the Teddy Bear? I doubled the recipe and it still was not enough and I had to use some of the chocolate cake. So, do we double or triple the recipe or what?

Both tools are easy to use to make your conversion. The toffee cake which you see in the tutorial for the teddy is not Catherine’s recipe, you will have seen that in my ealier answer which I made to member cakesbydelphine.
However, I can say that you need a recipe which is to finish 3″ deep for whatever size cake you make.
