How to make a non choc mirror glaze
Does anyone know how to make a decent mirror glaze….most of the online you tube vids and tutorials are american and use cups instead of grams/ml and some of their ingrediants i have no idea where to get them. So are there any decent recipes from peeps in the uk i can use??? also is it right that its best for the cake to be frozen when you pore the glaze over??? Thanks

You just want a clear mirror glaze? If it is, google ‘clear mirror glaze’ and you’ll see a metric recipe by video culinaire. I can’t seem to set the link for some reason but you’ll find it. It can also be seen on pinterest.
