I just saw your amazing video on ganache!! I want to know what if i want to make colored ganache when should i add the color in my ganache? And which type of color? gel or liquid?

I read somewhere that to colour white chocolate ganache that you should add gel/paste colours to cream before it us heated/boiled and added to white chocolate.

I haven’t yet tried it.
