Hi,

I’m about to make Paul’s moist and firm chocolate cake.

Please can someone tell me how long will a 6 inch cake will need to be in the oven? I guess that will still be at 150 degrees.? I could not find the answer anywhere.

I would say it would take approx 1hour 15 – 30 minutes @ 150c or 130c in fan assisted oven. You would need to keep an eye and nose on the baking as this is just an estimate. All ovens are different so as a first bake it will be necessary to babysit the baking. Jot down the finished bake time for future reference and your feedback would be much appreciated. 🙂
