Anyone got any ideas what I could do for a wedding cake incorporating horses?? wedding in October so have time to investigate!

It depends what sort of things you’d like to do. There are hundrends of ideas in google images to take inspiration from. Simple ideas like horse shoes, bridles and bits, head gear and saddles can all be incorporated. For more elaborate ideas, you could make a horse and carriage as a topper. Or for more comical effect, how about Paul’s horse head cake? Now that would be fabulous for comic effect. The rosette could have something like ‘I do’ or ‘ ’till death us do part’ written on it. Another idea might be the carousel cake?? Have a look through the PBSS tutorials and in google images where you may be able to get other tutorials.

Patchwork cutters do a set for horse lovers, although the pieces are quite small and may not be what you are after, but another option to consider anyway.
