Filling and stacking pillow tiered cake
The question I have is in putting filling in cake my cake got collapsed..else it was carved out properly in cushion shape??
Also can u tell the card goes how under tiered pillow cake? Will it come before covering with ganache, oe under cake and ganchr on top am not getting even how to use dowels in this? Centre dowel is ok but does it need small dowks too?

The key thing for any structural or stacked cake is ensuring that the structure is sound. Paul always uses 9 dowels. Depending on the structure even with a central dowel you may need other supporting dowels.
The next tier would be decorated on the cake card then placed on top of the tier below once completely decorated – ganache then covered.
