Does anyone have a good salted caramel cake recipe? I know you can get flavoured sugar to make the buttercream but how would you flavour the sponge, so it has a salted caramel taste?

I think you can substitute the caster sugar in your recipe with the flavoured icing sugar, you might need to do a trial bake to see if it works, I am sure if you go to the sugar and crumbs site they could also help you.
