Hi

I would like to make half milk and half plain ganache. To keep it simple would it be best to just do a quantity of both then mix them together? I imagine it would work but not sure so any help would be appreciated thanks.

…. simpler still, add the milk and dark chocolate together in a bowl and make your ganache as normal. xx
