How many days ahead can I cover my cake with fondant?
Hi all.
I’m doing my first unicorn cake which is being collected on Friday.
So how many days ahead can I cover it!
I work 9-7.30 on Thursdays and at work on Friday.
So can I cover my cake tonight and buttercream tomorrow night?

Yes you can cover tonight and store the cake in it’s box in a cool room until it is collected. x
