Hi David , I’ve been asked to price a ET or gismo cake bit worried about copy right now do I stand please ?

Unfortunately where a character, product or brand has copyright protection in place then the law is on their side should anyone try and copy, replicate or use it for their own personal gain.
Having said that, you might want to weigh up the chances of being pursued if you are doing it as a commission and don’t plan to post any pics on social media.
