Renowned as one of the biggest cake fair in the world. The America’s Cake Fair is set to run from Friday 13th October – Sunday 15th October this year from the Orange County Convention Centre in Orlando, Florida.
As always, the fair is set to contain a vast array of high-profile names from the industry such as Buddy Valastro. Ron Ben-Israel, Mich Turner, Shawna McGreevy, Paul Bradford and many more!
