Hi I want to make the milk chocolate gan ache but not sure how much chocolate to use and double cream, can anyone help. I am looking for kilogram weight for the chocolate and fluid oz for cream. Please help

To calculate how much chocolate and cream you will need for the amount of ganache you want to make can be calculated by selecting the online calculator here:

It is a very easy tool to use. Just select the size and shape of cake, the amount of layers to be filled and covered and the type of chocolate which you will be using. The cream is measured in grams as this is the most accurate way than fluid ounces. It is not advisable to mix the two different types of measures.
