Hi does anybody have a recipe for the above please

I usually make caramel with a little pink Himalayan salt and pour over finely chopped dark chocolate. There are several recipes online. To see them google search ‘how to make caramel ganache’. Add the salt either into the caramel or use it as the garnish over the caramel ganache.
