Is it possible to roll out leopard print fondant days in advance ?

It depends on how big a piece of fondant is being rolled out and how far in advance. Smaller pieces will stay soft stored in between two layers of plastic wrap or heavy duty plastic folders. It will keep fresh for a few days but will eventually begin to crack.

Kneading some Trex/Crisco into the fondant at the start will help keep it from drying out. Once the fondant is rolled out, it must be completely covered in heavy plastic wrap or in between a couple of thick plastic rollout mats so no air gets at it.
