Can you tell me how many portions you get from a 10″ Sponge shape Heart wedding cake?

I would treat a 10” heart shaped cake as an 8” square cake. By the time you lose the curves from the top of heart, it reduces the yield. However, if you intend using the cuttings you’ll have a few more pieces of cake.
