Hi having difficulty making baby blue coloured ganache I am getting green any suggestions please and what colouring gel would you use for baby shower .I’m using Lidl white choc which I have always used

White chocolate contains a lot of cocoa butter which, when coloured, turns out green. To help tame this, either use oil-based colours for chocolate as seen here:

You could also use pre-coloured candy melts. I have used Merckens brand which seems to taste better than others.
