Sarah is originally from the UK, but now lives in Thailand. Her love for cakes started from an early age, spending every Saturday with her Mum whisking up yummy creations.
She spent 10 years in Fashion Buying & Production, before eventually making the switch to baking & cake decorating in 2006 when a work colleague, asked her to make a baby shower cake! It awoke her passion and love of baking for others and the new skill of sugar artistry!
She never looked back and started her own cake decorating business soon after. Within one year she began teaching baking & cake decorating skills to the general public and providing vocational training within social enterprise organisations.
She moved to Thailand in 2012 and continues to teach baking & cake decorating, to those coming from disadvantaged backgrounds, that would normally be marginalised by society. She sees it as a God given gift, that she enjoys sharing with others and takes great pleasure in seeing people reach their full potential, gain self-confidence, become whole and achieve life-changing results through using creative arts.
She has had minimal formal training over the years. Only attending her first formal training in 2019, completing the ‘Train the Trainer’ course in Spain with Paul and David, where she learnt valuable skills and lessons and became an Approved Paul Bradford Tutor.
