Is it okay to use the Karen Davies flower mould and the butterfly mould to finish my assignment on cupcakes module 3 to continue on to cookies next.I bought this broch mould and has been lost in the post it cost 28pounds .Sorry I’m not goin to purchase it twice .David

As this is a skills programme, I would have thought you’d need to make toppers by hand rather than use moulds. That’s my opinion, if you need a more definitive answer, please contact [email protected]

Good luck with your module, and so sorry your mould was lost in the post. Try and claim the cost from the post office. You will need to take proof of purchase to trigger a claim. ?

On CakeFlix Master where a Paul uses a mould you do not have to use exactly the same mould in your assignment. However, a mould can not be used where a hand craft skill has been demonstrated.
