Puttimg sprays of wired flowers into cakes
How can i insert the wired flower sprays and singles? Is there an alternative to using loads of posy picks. My cake (4 tier) will be almost covered with flowers and I dont want it to have lots of holes! I’ve heard of Safety Seal to dip the wires in but cant seem to find it anywhere…out of stock. Thanks.

As an alternative, dipping the wires in melted chocolate will make a safe seal. Candy melts are better to use than real chocolate as it doesn’t need tempering and makes a thicker coating. 🙂
