Can someone tell me where I can find a tutorial on here that shows you how to panel a tall square cake with sugar paste ? Not sure if Paul has done one. What do I search for? I’ve tried covering square cakes all in one, but find it so difficult.

The best way to cover a square is with the paneling method. There are several square cakes in the tutorials, take a peek at the following:

I think Paul has also done a basic tutorial. Search for covering a cake with fondant. He does round cakes and a square.
