Hi i am going to use luscious lemon cake and i just wanted to ask if it the cake can be frozen, once it has been filled and ganached and covered in sugarpaste, i will be adapting it with a white chocolate lemon ganache as it’s a 4 tier wedding cake. It’s the lemon curd i want to check on

Lemon curd filling in the cake freezes fine and will defrost at more or less the same rate as the cake does.
