How long can i leave fruit cake mix out before baking?

Providing as there is no leavenings in your batter, it can be left out at room temperature for approximately an hour. I can’t recommend more than that because of the eggs. You could refrigerate overnight. However you’ll need to bring the batter up to room temperature before baking. My apologies for such a late reply, unfortunately sometimes, life gets in the way 🙂 Hope this helps.
