cocktail glass cake

Hi Folks, Hoping all you clever cookies (pardon the pun!!) can help me.  My son wants me to do a cocktail glass cake for his lovely girlfriend.  Ive googled and found a perfect cake for her but not sure at all how I can mix the sugarpaste colours.  Its a yellow or orange drink at the bottom blending into pink at the top.  I know how to mix and make marble for water etc but this is a bit beyond me 🙁 please help!!

Do you have an airbrush? You could spray then colours and blend in. Or maybe do the colours in strips of sugar paste starting with the orange then mix a few times until pink  then roll them all together

I think it’s probably airbrushed. I have seen another tecnique used with royal icing to achieve a dip dyed look.

Yes that makes sense, think it must have been airbrushed, but I will try the strips and rolin together, thanks guys 🙂
