Welcome to the Cake Decorators Q&A

How do you cut the cake?!

This may seem silly, but how do you cut the chocolate wrap cake?  What do you do with the cone and all of the edible decorations?  If it was a wedding cake, do you offer the decorations to the guests etc?

Hi all, we are working on a clearer Q&A and Online Forum. Sometimes the problem with written content is that it doesn’t carry the persons emotion and I know that everyone here is trying to help one another which is the main aim.

The more questions and answers here the better and we are always looking to help where we can.

Kind regards, Px

If you look in recent questions someone else asked about cutting the chocolate wrap cake.

Perhaps people should search for answers first before asking a question, if the search doesn’t throw up an answer, that would be the time to ask a question. The site is full of the same questions being asked over and over again.

Thank you Bev, that was useful to know.  Sorry madeitwithlove.  I am new to this site and have not yet figured out everything.  Yes, I perhaps should have looked up that question first, but at least I haven’t made anyone else feel unwelcome on a public forum.

Oh gosh Sunbird, it wasn’t meant that way and I apologise if that is how it sounded. I put a question on a while back and asked if there could be a facility for already answered questions because to find an answer meant scrolling through each answer. I tried using the search when I was looking for something but the search didn’t throw anything up for me. My question was answered by Paul Doffman who gave me an explaination which you can see under my original question “No facility for already answered questions”. I wouldn’t dream of making any one feel unwelcome, I’m simply not that sort of person and again apologise to you and all site users if that is how I sounded.

Thank you madeitwithlove.  I must have read your message totally in the wrong way and I also apologise for my reaction.  I really appreciate you making it clear to me.  I hope you are enjoying this website as much as I am.  Have you tried making the chocolate wrap cake?  I am planning to try it soon!
