Freezing cakes with sugar syrup etc
Hi
Just wondered if anyone knows if it’s better to freeze a cake with the sugar syrup, or Baileys already added, or is it best to do this once the cake has defrosted, and is ready to be filled?

Hi Sharon, I’ve frozen cakes with both without comprising the cakes in any way but it was only for three days before decorating.
